Please note that Paragon Testing Enterprises is performing scheduled system upgrades on Tuesday, July 16th, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Pacific).

All online systems, including online registration, online study materials, and your CELPIP Account, will be unavailable during this time.

CELPIP
I appreciated the availability of test dates for CELPIP, and found it convenient and inexpensive compared to other English proficiency tests.

What I liked most about the CELPIP was that you can do the test on the computer, it uses Canadian English, and the results are released quickly!
