Cash Payment Available in the Philippines

Paragon Testing Enterprises works with organizations in the Philippines to allow for in-person CELPIP Test registration and payment. Approved centres are known as an Approved CELPIP Registration Agent (ACRA). Please note that Paragon Testing Enterprises is not responsible for exchange rates, which may differ between organizations.

You can register and pay in person at our test centre, Magsaysay Institute of Hospitality and Culinary Arts.
